an abstract cross stitch piece i did this summer, but hadn‘t posted yet, because it still needs a frame.
it represents a specific weekend this year with its landscapes and spaces, people, memories and colours.
in it are happiness, laughter, tears, anger, sadness and pain, a farewell, friendship, kindness and beauty; there are mountains, a lake, plants and animals, beautiful gardens, lasagna and two cats.
it is the first time i worked in cross stitch for an abstract piece and i really like how it turned out.
stitched on austrian embroidery linen with soie d‘alger by au ver a soie.
approximately 10 x 15 cm.
